The Kids Program at Kinetic Martial Arts Caringbah builds physical and mental strength, fitness, and flexibility - while developing core martial arts skills, confidence, discipline, self-defence, and positive behaviour. Home to all things martial arts for kids as young as three and a half and beyond into teen years. At Kinetic Martial Arts Cronulla your child will practise strikes, kicks, safe fal

ling, pressure points and self defence. Our students can expect to develop into well rounded martial artists with an extensive technical repertoire. The specific art we train (Hapkido), may be referred to as ‘the ultimate self-defence style’.Our classes are structured to give beginners the maximum rate of improvement in technical ability in the minimum amount of time, while providing experienced students with a class that challenges them. Every class, students will be given the opportunity to develop their strength, fitness and flexibility both of their mind and of their body. Each age group’s curriculum flows onto the next age group’s curriculum while becoming increasingly challenging. Classes are fun and the techniques are taught with safety in mind.Our instructors are selected to be role models for your children. They have all attended instructor's courses for teaching kids and are regularly assessed and provided with further training. They are not just personal trainers teaching kicking, punching and stretching. Our instructors are individuals that have had a strong commitment to their own training and development, and are now committed to assisting your child in becoming better too. Further, our instructors actively employ drills and exercises into class that build real confidence, discipline, and behaviour. When your child starts training with us you will be welcomed into a family focused club - our members and families often get together for more than just training. With both social and training focussed events (like school holiday training camps, BBQ's, mums classes, training/movie nights) occurring regularly. The Cronulla Dojang is conveniently located in central Cronulla, opposite Kafenio in Cronulla Mall. See you on the mats!

Kinetic is all about integrity, technique and community.

One of our long-term Kinetic families is currently facing an incredibly difficult time. The Thomas' dad is an easy going legend in the club & the shire community, and a great sense of hummer . . you may know him as that legend with he “Show Me Your Tints” truck!!!!

He has now been diagnosed with brain cancer, and the family is navigating what no family ever hopes to.

A GoFundMe page has been created to help the family with the financial pressures ahead.

If you feel able to help in any way, no matter how small, I'm sure it would mean a great deal to them.
