Following our recent pitch renovation, we had some leftover synthetic turf that we planned to donate to a granny flat where a disabled person lives with their carer — to make their outdoor space safer and more accessible.

Before we could install it, the turf was stolen.

Thanks to the professionalism and support of the Sutherland Shire Police, it was recovered and returned to us, allowing us to still follow through on what it was intended for in the first place.

We’re incredibly grateful for the work you do every day for our community. Thank you for having our backs 🤍
