The most common “why” we’re seeing from those who have already signed up to the Feel Fierce Challenge? They don’t want winter to be the reason their fitness routine goes by the wayside.
They’re not waiting to magically feel motivated when it’s cold, dark and cosy at home. They’re choosing structure now, so that when winter starts whispering “just skip it, you can go tomorrow”, they already have something in place to keep them accountable!

FEEL FIERCE WINTER CHALLENGE
❄️ What Is It: Choose your own challenge goal (3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 classes per week), commit to your fitness routine during winter and attend your classes every week!
❄️ When Is It: 1 June - 12 July (6 weeks)
❄️ Be Rewarded: Successfully hit your challenge goal, and you’ll earn a limited edition Feel Good Half Zip Crew.
You’ll also go into the draw to win 1 month/1 week of Unlimited FGP classes; one winner per studio!

So you’ve been eyeing off the Feel Fierce Challenge and wondering, “But what would I actually get out of it?”…
And the truth is, that answer looks different for every person who has already signed up to join us!
For one, it’s a commitment to healing; using movement to feel grounded, stronger, and more like herself through a season of change. For another, it’s showing up more consistently, building strength, improving their health, and remembering that looking after themselves isn’t optional when so many others rely on them. And for someone else, last year’s Feel Fierce was the challenge that helped turn attending 3 classes a week into a habit that lasted long after winter ended, and so this 2026 challenge is the opportunity to level up her routine again 🙌🏻
That’s the beauty of Feel Fierce: it isn’t a one-size-fits-all challenge.
It’s a chance to choose what showing up for yourself looks like this winter, and commit to it in a way that will leave you feeling incredibly proud at the end of the 6 weeks.
