Meet . 👋
With over 30 years in the fitness industry and 15 years coaching right here in Malvern East, David Smethurst is the kind of trainer who knows that fitness is about far more than what happens in the gym.
As an experienced senior trainer and manager at Realfit, David's expertise covers exercise science, human performance, rehabilitation, and recovery.
He's also a passionate advocate for mental health, because he understands that how you feel and how you move are deeply connected.
Outside the studio, David is a player, captain, and coach in community sport. That same commitment he brings to his teammates is exactly what he brings to every Realfit member he works with.
