DANNY'S TIPS // "Shuffle & Pivot"
The Shuffle and Pivot is all about maintaining a smooth rhythm and flow in your footwork as you box.
The Shuffle is a more dynamic movement than a box step, and is more similar to a skip.
The Pivot adds a level of complexity by changing your direction and creating new angles for your next punch.
