Paul Sadler Swimland Carrum Downs At Paul Sadler Swimland we believe it's the small successes that lead to the proudest moments To make sure of this we have a few basic rules.

Since our beginning in 1972, we have spent years refining and developing our unique program, and have had thousands of swimmers experience the Paul Sadler Swimland way of learning to swim. We believe that is the small successes that provide the proudest moments for our swimmers and families. The structured, certificate-based design of our program teaches our swimmers the required skills from the beginner stage, right through to competitive swimming. Once a year, we pause and celebrate our biggest asset: our team.

The Swordies is our annual awards night, honouring team members who've hit incredible tenure milestones: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and even 30 years with Paul Sadler Swimland. We also celebrate the sites that have smashed their business goals for the year.

Every milestone here represents years of showing up, teaching kids to swim and survive, and building the kind of trust that keeps families coming back. That's not easy to do, and it's not something we take for granted.

Tonight we are celebrating two proud moments. Waris received his Level 5 certificate while his mum, Tejinder, started her own Swimland journey, attending her first lesson in our Adult program.

We hope you’ve had a wonderful break and enjoyed some family time. Our regular lessons resume today. We can’t wait to see our swimmers back in the pool, ready to keep building skills, confidence, and safety — for life.

Still on holidays? No worries! Just mark your absence in the app at least 30 minutes before your class to receive a make-up token to use when you’re back.
