Meet Denise! Bulldog has been lucky enough to train with Denise since 2024

> I started private training with Samuel initially because I wanted to improve my health, be more active. But once I realised that Muay Thai was such an awesome sport, I immediately wanted to learn more. PTs are great because I get the trainers full attention and we get to work on my weaknesses together. I can also learn at my own pace.

> After joining the Corporate Clash, I definitely felt more confident in training and in life. I’ve learnt to push past my limits and always strive to improve myself

> My current goal is to improve my fitness again. I haven’t been training as much due to a back injury. But I’m so keen to get back on track. Also, looking forward to more sparring/fighting in the future.
