Daniel and Josh have made it to Argentina!

We are sending all of our good wishes to Daniel as he competes at 10pm (Sydney time) at the World Aquatics Junior Open Water Swimming Championships in the Men’s 18-19 yo 10km swim.

Well done Daniel and Josh making it to this level and representing Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Events are in 25m, 50m and 100m for all levels of swimming, maximum of 3 entries. Open to existing Hills members and those interested in trying.

That's a wrap on the 2026 Australian Pool Lifesaving Championships with more outstanding results. Jacob came 1st in Open Men's CPR and Nick came 3rd and Meryl came 3rd in the 50m Manikin Carry.

6 Hills members competed at the Championships including Meryl Churchill, Ethan Garland, State team members Lola Staunton, Jacob Loughnan, Nick Hodgers and NSW Development team member Ben O'Donnell plus 2 officials including Life member Damian Hofmann.

It was a super succesful week with NSW coming out as overall winners ahead of home state WA and Victoria. NSW also won the overall CPR competition. Fantastic results!!!
