Congratulations to Adrian and Tommy on progressing to NPL3 U13's next season.

It has been a fantastic year of learning and development for our entire U12's squad.

The IFA Cup has been a great platform for development and here at the academy we are very proud of your achievements and next chapter in your Football journey's. Well done!

The IFA Youth League has been an amazing platform for our players to develop. In our U14s alone we have had 5 players progress to NPL2 and NPL3.

We are committed to supporting pathways and our strong emphasis on player development, combined with an amazing competition platform that IFA - Independent Football Australia has provided has created these opportunities.

We are sure there's many more of these stories to come. For those considering the IFA Youth League next season, we highly recommend this to push your game to another level.

Congratulations Nikola, Gianluca, Cooper, Milos and Noah and the entire U14s squad.

It is that time of year again, and of course this brings lots of emotions for young athletes.

The best advice I have heard given to young players and parents is that development is not linear. It's met with many challenges and obstacles along the way.

Remaining consistent and focusing on your own journey is critical.

At PAFA we support pathways and creating opportunities at the right time for players. The long term process to achieving success must come with perseverance, patience and a growth mindset.

Your journey is unique, enjoy it every step of the way 🙌
