“Little spiders on the bench” 🕷️🤣
That sweet salty taste 🤤
A little Chocolate hit.. with a little bit of salty flavour it’s the best.
I call these my 🍫 spiders 🕷️
2 ingredients only.
1x packet fried noodles
180g Chocolate of your choice
Makes around 20
Mix together -out on lined backing try and refrigerate until set.🤤
8g Carbs
2g Protein
I made a double batch this time:
Alternatively you could make this with chocolate icing or to lesson the calories but still have that yummy chocolate coating-
Keto chocolate icing mix will do the trick.

Do you sometimes get overwhelmed and think - it’s easier to do the old unhealthy- kind of dinner??
- Unfortunately I do at times, so I thought I would share this little beauty !
5min Dinner!
100g Turkey mince
100g mushrooms-leek-spring-onions
2x handfuls of mixed greens
Garlic
Dash of Tamari Soy Sauce
Sprinkle of almonds
Salt and pepper
Garnish - with coriander or parsley!
So easy and tasted great. 😋
-Sparkling water 💦 with lime in my wine glass just makes it all that much easier ✨
