🏆📸 GRAND FINAL DAY IS HERE! 🏉🏆
Dynamic Sports Photography (DSP) will be at St John Oval, Charlestown this Saturday capturing the HJRL Grand Finals across both fields.

Due to the size of the day and the number of players involved, I’ll be doing my best to cover as much action as physically possible.📸🫶👍

📸 Gallery Release Information
Grand Final galleries will be uploaded to Pixieset from Sunday through to Wednesday.
Galleries will be completed and released in game time order, with earlier games being available first, followed by later games as editing is completed.

Once live, families will be able to view and purchase professional images from their Grand Final game.
A huge thank you to all clubs involved — if clubs could share the DSP gallery link through their socials once released, it would be greatly appreciated and help families find their memories from the day.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – WEST MAITLAND U15 DIV 4 GALLERY ⚠️

I have been made aware that some DSP images from the weekend have had the watermarks deliberately removed using AI rather than the images being purchased.

As a result, the West Maitland U15 Div 4 gallery has been temporarily removed.

All photographs taken and supplied by Dynamic Sports Photography are protected by Australian copyright law.

Removing, covering or altering a DSP watermark and then downloading, sharing, posting or using that image without permission or purchase may constitute copyright infringement.

Copyright infringement can result in civil legal action, damages and additional damages. In more serious circumstances, Australian copyright offences can carry substantial criminal penalties — certain offences under the Copyright Act carry maximum penalties of 550 Commonwealth penalty units, currently equivalent to $200,200, and/or up to 5 years imprisonment.

This does not mean every instance of watermark removal attracts that maximum penalty, but copyright misuse is something DSP takes seriously and will not tolerate.

Unfortunately, when the U15 Div 4 gallery is returned, the images will now have 100% full-cover watermark protection.

It is extremely disappointing that the actions of a few have affected all the families who have done the right thing, supported DSP and purchased their photographs properly.

I’m still working through the Preliminary Finals galleries, so getting this gallery protected and back online will most likely be one of the last things I get to this week.

I apologise to everyone doing the right thing who is now paying the price for the actions of a few.
