Cessnock RL Old Boys Club charter is:
• To provide a mechanism for maintaining social contact with ex players, officials and volunteers;
• To support the Cessnock Rugby League Football Club by encouraging attendance at games and functions;
• To assist with building a relationship with current players and officials;
• To be an inclusive organisation encouraging broad membership and participation;
