The CHRC was so thrilled to have Probus clubs from near and far for a day at the trots yesterday, to celebrate 50 years
of Probus in Australia. Big thanks to Sandra Patton for organising the event. Marg and Kath for so much help with the catering and to Abby Sanderson who gave everyone some insight in to what her life in harness racing looks like. 👏👏👏
It is so great to have community clubs like this support our industry.
It has been very busy on the track also!
Wins have popped up at a range of tracks for the following
John Tormey- Charlton
Connor Clarke- Mildura and Charlton
Luke Dunne Stawell and Mildura
And Tori Hutchins Stawell.
Special mention to our newbie in town Reagan Clarke winning on Soho Amaryllis at Melton. Hopefully the first of many wins whilst here in Charlton!
Thank you to those generous souls who have already donated to our walkathon October 25th to secure a walker for the Training Centre- all champions!
We invite all Members to get involved in this major fundraising effort for the club.

How fabulous to be up and close with the magnificent Melbourne Cup- so impressive!! 🏆
Thanks to The Cricket Club Hotel for hosting this event and allowing the harness racing club to be a part of it.
Thanks also to Zac and Dance Dance Dance who casually took off with the gold on the Back St.Arnaud Rd - not much trepidation there from RV😳
Thank you all from Racing Victoria for being so accomodating and allowing everybody to share in this iconic part of our Australian heritage. We loved having ‘The Cup’ in Charlton.
