The second half of Year 6’s from Annandale State School came, saw and conquered their camp! Many thanks to Mr Buchanan, staff and their very organised and enthusiastic students - our dining room absolutely sparkled! A special shoutout to the amazing set up and clean up crews… and a scraps bowl that did not disappoint 🙌🏼

We’ve had an absolutely delightful time so far with the first half of the lovely Year 6 crew from Annandale State School! Tonight, the warm bonfire is being followed by a movie under the stars - a ripper way to spend a night with your mates if you ask us! 🔥✨

We look forward to welcoming the second half of the Year 6 cohort tomorrow…

We had the pleasure of hosting the Year 5’s from Bluewater State School, along with their amazing teachers and staff! ☀️🐄🌾

And to make the visit even more special, we had not one, but two returning dad helpers! These experienced camp dads have joined us over the past few years with their older children and chose to come back again this year. How lucky are we! It’s always such a compliment when families return to share the camp experience with their younger children.

Thanks for a fantastic few days, Bluewater! We hope you made plenty of wonderful memories 💙🤠

Yesterday, we farewelled the final group from Ryan Catholic College and what a fun week we had thanks to the fabulous teachers, staff and students! A few highlights included a midnight dorm-dasher in the form of an echidna, a fiercely contested damper bake-off, and a lot of laughter, fun and beautiful weather ☀️

Yesterday, we farewelled our first group of Year 5 students and were excited to welcome the second group from Ryan Catholic College! We had a blast with our first camp and look forward to more fun and adventures over the next few days with our new visitors ☀️🐄🐎🏃‍♂️

We’ve been waking up to foggy mornings out here, and recently we were lucky enough to stumble across a fogbow, also known as a white rainbow!

A fogbow is a meteorological phenomenon, similar to a rainbow, but instead of forming in rain, it appears when sunlight (or moonlight) shines through tiny water droplets suspended in fog or mist. Because the droplets are so much smaller than raindrops, the colours blend together, creating a soft white arc across the sky.

Not something you see everyday! 🌫️🌈

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming not one, but two wonderful Year 5 groups from St Anthony's Catholic College!
