ANOTHER HUGE CONGRATULATIONS for this superstar!

What an incredible achievement!
At just 15 years old, one of our amazing members stepped onto the platform for her very first weightlifting competition and took home 1ST PLACE!!!!!
We couldn't be prouder of her hard work, dedication, courage and commitment to training.

To step up and compete for the first time takes real determination and guts, and to come away with the gold is something truly special!

A massive congratulations from the entire gym community. We can't wait to see what the future holds for you!

The future is bright, and this is just the beginning!

A HUGE congratulations to these two amazing ladies!
What an incredible effort representing CFC last weekend, where they took home an amazing 2nd place!!!
The hard work, dedication and consistency they put into their training has clearly paid off. Competitions are about so much more than where you finish, they’re about stepping outside your comfort zone, pushing your limits and seeing what you're capable of.
We are incredibly proud of you both.
Congratulations girls — you absolutely smashed it!!!

CFC MEMBER PROFILE: Lucy White.

Lucy has always been active, but since starting CrossFit in 2014, she feels healthier, stronger and fitter. Her early mornings at CFC are spent with the morning crew, where everyone tries their best, they support and inspire each other and constantly encourage each other to improve, and sometimes just to move.

She is most grateful for the amazing people she gets to train with at CFC and the mental wellbeing she gains from being a part of the CFC community.

Her proudest CrossFit moment is becoming the CFC Ambassador and a rightful owner of the title she is at that!

Thanks Lucy for being such a positive member of the CFC tribe, we love watching you become stronger, healthier and happier each day.

With these two legends, it feels like another weekend, another comp haha.
Last weekend the boys were up at the Torian Pro as well. They were competing to have a bit of fun and get amongst it, but they always try their best.
What was really nice to see is both of them going out of their way to tirelessly help out the people from our gym that look up to them for help and advice.
These two guys will never say no when it comes to helping someone. They are truly amazing athletes and fantastic to have in your corner.
Wel done guys.

It's not very often people can say they are able to coach their Dad, but I can, and it's incredibly special to me.
Last weekend Dad and I travelled to Queensland and he competed in the Torian Pro which is a huge achievement on its own, let alone in the 70+ age category.
Dad was the oldest competitor out of every single person in the Torian Pro and he exceeded all his own expectations. He came away with four personal records and coming second in 3 of the 6 events!!!!
The wholee weekend is just an incredible memorable moment that will stick with me for the rest of my life.
Thank you Dad for sharing an amazing experience. What a beast, so proud.
