Big shout out to Tess who has achieved big things since joining the Great Shape family nearly 12 months ago. When Tess, a very busy mum with young kids, first started she was tired, unfit, lacking energy and not feeling like the best version of herself. She wanted to get back to prioritising her health & fitness and get back to her ideal body weight. Now Tess is feeling much healthier, happier, fitter and stronger and consistently does 3-4 small group sessions per week. Tess has lost over 28 cms, 6 kg of body fat and can fit into all her favourite clothes again.
