GET READY FOR REP SEASON 💜

Our 5-week Train Like a Firebird program is designed for aspiring representative players looking to sharpen their skills, build confidence and train like the best. Led by Queensland Firebirds players, each session will challenge you to develop your game in a fun, high-performance environment.

Do you have a child who is wanting to start in the gym?

Allsports Wavell Heights’ Exercise Physiologist, Reily, is starting group classes for children who are new to strength training and want to learn to lift in a safe environment under the supervision of a health professional.

Classes will run during term times and will begin in Term 3.

If you’re interested in signing your child up, please send your expression of interest through to the WH Clinic and they’ll be in touch!
