🏆WINTER FIXTURES FINALS🏆
This week we wrapped up the winter season with our A-grade and B-Grade finals night. Well done to all our winners, and to all our almost-winners.

Thank you everybody for a fantastic season of fixtures. While usually the winter season is the quietest one, this season we had the highest numbers in many years and a fantastic buzz around the courts.

New Season - Starts on 6th October (Just in time for our Chinchilla Open 2026 - sign up now!)
We are needing new players for both A and B-grade divisions - no experience necessary to play as you are put against similarly experienced players and will have plenty of friendly faces around to guide you.

Thanks to yet another amazing donation from one of our member families, the club now has a brand-new food warmer and commercial grade deep fryer - meaning you are now going to be getting your delicious food in no time, and with a lot more options!
And just in time for our upcoming Chinchilla Open 2026!!!

While I will respect their wishes for it to be an anonymous donation, I just want to say THANK YOU again for your amazing donation - you know who you are! 🙏💗

🎾🍉 2026 CHINCHILLA OPEN - GRAB A MIXED PARTNER AND WIN BIG!! 🍉🎾
Calling all tennis players in our region and beyond: 10th October - SAVE THE DATE!

This October, come out to Chinchilla for a fun day of good quality country tennis, and try your luck at some big prizemoney!
We are loosening the purse strings this year and offering an increased prizepool across the board, including an incredible, club-first $1000 to the winners of the Open Mixed Doubles event.

🙏👏 THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS 👏🙏
Huge day at the club today at our impromptu working bee. A massive contingent of club volunteers, aged from 2 to 85, came to help prepare courts 8 and 9 for their fresh new surface. Over 40 tonnes of old carpet and sand was removed - with around 30 volunteers that means over a tonne was moved per person!

Unbelievable efforts from everybody, it's one of those days that makes you feel lucky to be a part of this club :)

Can't wait to see all your efforts pay off soon when our beautiful new courts are ready. THANKS AGAIN!!!

👷💪 CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!! NEXT WEEKEND - WORKING BEE! 💪👷
Exciting news, it's all systems go for our much-anticipated resurfacing of courts 8 and 9!

Before it can be started, we need to pull up the existing carpet and prepare the courts for the contractors to come and install the new surface.

Every hour of work we do is valuable money saved for the club, so please come down and help get this done. Many hands make light work!

Come down from 8am on Saturday, food and drinks will be provided to the helpers! No problem if you are late, we will be going a while!

What to Bring (in order of importance):
- Elbow grease!
- Shovel
- Stanley Knives (for cutting the carpet)
- Wheelbarrow
- Blowers
- A ute or two (to move the carpet off-site)
