If you’ve been to Cudgen, you know Suzie, and chances are she knows you by name too. 💚💛

A long-standing member of our club, you’ll find her in the canteen week in and week out, always ready with a warm smile, a friendly chat and a helping hand.

Suzie is the epitome of country rugby league. Loyal, hardworking, generous and deeply connected to her club and community. Her contribution reaches far beyond the canteen walls, and Cudgen is a better place because of her.

Congratulations, Susie, on receiving the NRRRL Award for Services to Rugby League. A thoroughly deserved recognition for a truly special member of the Cudgen family. We couldn’t be prouder. 💚💛

The Cudgen Hornets community is sending all our love and support to Chris and his family following his serious accident last week.

Chris proudly wore the green and gold for many years, playing both Reserve Grade and A Grade, and remains a much-loved member of the Hornets family.

Chris has sustained multiple serious injuries and faces a long road to recovery. A GoFundMe has been created to help ease the financial pressure while he is unable to work and focuses on healing.
