ROUND 19 WRAP-UP — ONE ROUND TO GO!

And just like that, we’re heading into the final round of the regular season this Saturday!

Brew Jays have held top spot for most of the season and head into the final round with a healthy lead. They’ve been the benchmark, but there’s still one more game to get through before finals!

Blackhawks are sitting in second place and are in a great position heading into the final round.

Sweathogs are in third, but with Blackhawks and Sweathogs both sitting on 10 wins, there’s still plenty to play for. This one could come right down to the final results!

Wanderers sit fourth and will be looking to finish the regular season strongly before turning their attention to finals.

FUBAR have one last regular-season opportunity to do what FUBAR do best — cause some chaos and potentially ruin somebody else’s Saturday.

Dad’s Army may be holding the wooden spoon, but they’ve battled away all season and have one last chance to add another win before we wrap up the home-and-away season.

After months of cold mornings, questionable weather, sore bodies, home runs, close games and plenty of laughs, we’ve made it to the final Saturday.

Even with the crazy rules, mixed-up teams and plenty of chaos, everyone played in great spirits and there were smiles and laughs all round. That’s exactly what Strange Dayz is all about!

We’d love the late-game teams to get there early and line the fence lines during the 1pm games. Keep your eyes on those foul balls because players, scorers, spectators and anyone hanging around the fence can make the catch for an out!

You’ll be playing for your NORMAL Winterball team, and the winning team earns the right to submit 3 theme options for the Breakup Party!

ROUND 16 WRAP UP

Well apparently everyone decided pitching was optional this weekend because we had a whopping 13 HOME RUNS leave the park! Someone check if there's anything left of the baseballs. 😂

Brew Jays continue to lead the way at 12-2-1, casually piling on 153 runs for the season. Apparently scoring runs is their favourite hobby.

Sweathogs are holding onto second at 10-4-1, but Blackhawks aren't letting them relax, sitting right behind at 9-4-2. With only one win separating them, that battle is far from finished.

Wanderers remain in fourth and are still hanging around, while FUBAR and Dad's Army continue to battle it out for the wooden spoon.

But the real story of the weekend...
13 HOME RUNS.
Either we've suddenly developed some serious power hitters, the wind was doing everyone a favour, or someone accidentally moved the fences in 20 metres.
