Six of the rounds include boxing exercises, whether that’s bagwork or one-on-one padwork with a coach. The other six rounds include a combination of functional strength, cardio and conditioning movements. Each day is different and members can start their workout at any time they like. DANNY'S TIPS // "Boxer Step & Shuffle"

These drills teach you how to maintain your boxing stance and balance whilst moving, ensuring strong technique as you punch.

Footwork is an essential aspect of boxing. In a fight, good footwork allows you to land hard punches on your opponent and keeps you away from your opponent’s attacks.

The Box Step starts in your boxing stance, move forward, backward and side-to-side, keeping your gaze forward and your hands in guard. Once you've mastered the step, it's time to add punches.

The Boxer Shuffle turns your Box Step into a dynamic movement, where your feet travel in a skip rather than a step. This drill helps to improve your agility with the focus on maintaining a smooth rhythm and flow in your footwork.

THE ZENITH: 3,000 VISITS 🏆

A massive, massive, massive congratulations to

for reaching a remarkable 3000 visits with us! Starting in 2017 as a foundation member back when we were 12 Round, Jonathan has amassed an enormous amount of laps around the rounds.

Rain, hail or shine, you’ll find Jonathan waiting for the gym to open 7 days a week; and on most days, comes back for seconds in the evening.

And somehow, he manages to balance this with a busy corporate career. He is living proof that we don’t “find” time — we make it.

There’s very few people in our community who don’t know Jonathan, and he’s an inspiration to all of us. Routine driven, never complains, just gets it done and gives every workout a smashing.

Congratulations once again this incredibly determined, relentless, yet humble zenith.
