No late entries will be considered due to office closure!

Unfortunately we have made the decision to cancel today's meet.
With the weather likely to continue we didn't want to risk our athletes or our equipment!

This was our last meeting for the year, so we will save our special PB Night for our first week when we return in Term 1.

⚠️ Meet 6 – Important Information!

⛈️⛈️ We are currently on weather alert with forecast rain and possible thunderstorms predicted for tomorrow. ⛈️⛈️

🕑 There will be a definite decision made at 2.30pm, so please check back here before making your arrangements for the night!

🤩If we are able to go ahead, you can expect a fun PB Night!
This means athletes will divide into their age groupings, and then as a group choose what events they wish to give their best to, and try for as many PB’s as possible!

When everyone is all done, there will also be some goodies available at the end of the night, with thanks to our fabulous sponsors!

🎅🏻🧑🏻‍🎄 To celebrate our final meet for 2025 - dress festively to get into the spirit of the season! We return again in Week 1, Term 1 2026.

🌭 In the canteen will be some nice HOT toasties, as well as drinks and ice-creams. Cash & EFTPOS will both be available.

Catching up on our album collection, a fantastic night we had for our Coles round a few weeks ago!

⭐Meet 5 Program & Helpers Needed

This Week was set to be PB week, however we are low on committee members so it will now be next week. We will still have tonnes of fun though!

👪Laura is away this week, so our wonderful Tiny Tots will be joining the U6 age group for some extra fun!

⚠️🌭There will also only be icecreams and drinks in the canteen tonight 🚫 NO BBQ.

We will be seeking age group chaperones again tonight, we try our best to always be there to support you if you have any questions, and in case of emergency we have excellent reference guides in each event box.

📱Each Event Box also has a QR code in it that links to quick videos that will also help you when at events.

Age Grouping will be as follows:
⭐Tiny Tots & U6 & U7 & U8 ⭐ U9 & U10 ⭐U11 -17

⚠️ HELPERS NEEDED - LINEMARKING THURSDAY EVENING 4.30pm ONWARDS

We are really needing some assistance to help get our track marked on Thursday evening ready for this weeks meet!

📣 We will give you on the job training.

You can expect to help by:
- pushing the line marker (it feels just like using a push lawn mower)
- helping to mix paint
- helping to run string line to keep those lines straight!
