Yoga is said to be the golden key that unlocks the door to peace, joy and tranquility. Glide in to our tranquil studio and try vinyasa flow, slow flow, stretch and restorative classes. We can offer one-to-one consultations or small private classes (1-4) with our experienced and knowledgeable teachers who can work with you to explore your practice and assist in taking you into greater ease and stability in your yoga – and give you the skills to GLIDE through life.

From a young age Luke trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance.
Motivated by a deep affinity to the body and desire to share the beauty of natural and connected movement, Luke is a no-frills kind of guy and teaches from a place of authenticity and generosity of spirit.
