Hi Fam, Em here.
It is with mixed emotions that today I am writing to let you know that after 5 and a half wonderful years, Cardea will see its last day on Saturday 22nd July. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our clients for their loyalty and support throughout the years, and for being a part of what we've grown to be the most kind, caring, and loveable Pilates family 🫶🏼.
I've had the privilege of meeting so many special people over the years - both clients and trainers, who've all changed my life for the better. There truly are no words for how special this journey has been so from the bottom of my heart, I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you.
Although I've loved every second of having Cardea, it's simply time for a new chapter. With our second bubba due to arrive in just a few weeks now, it's time to step back and enjoy these precious years with my family. So whilst I’m excited about what’s around the corner, the feeling of saying goodbye to you all is definitely a bittersweet one… but this news also comes with a bit of a twist!
A lot of you already know that I’ve been juggling my time between Cardea and Pronto Pilates, which is a new business that I was involved in Co-Founding last year. Over the past 8 months, I’ve been busy building a library of reformer content to play on screens across what we’ve now grown to become several studio locations. After opening our first studio in Cottesloe last December, we’ve expanded into 2 additional locations (Mount Lawley and Brisbane), and I’m so excited to finally be able to share that we will be transitioning Cardea into our 4th location this August - YAY!
So although this means no more face-to-face classes with our amazing trainers, it does mean that from early August you’ll be able to book into the Cardea style class you know and love but from 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week!! For these final 2 weeks we’ve discounted our single classes to $20 and have added a 3 for $50 class pass, so jump onto the MindBody app and book in now as we’d love to see you for one last pilatay!
