Are you staying hydrated coming into summer here in Australia?
Here is just a few reason why it’s important to stay hydrated and keep sipping on water throughout the day.
Here is a simple behaviour change to start increasing your water into your daily routine.
When you wake up aim to have a glass of water, on your commute to work sip on water.
If you are desk worker, aim to have a sip of water after every couple of e-mails or if you are in meeting aim to drink throughout the meeting.
Just by adding that into your routine can massively improve your water intake as that is when we tend to forget to drink water.

Another deadlift workshop done and dusted for the students at WAFA.
-Teaching these guys the fundamentals of deadlifting
-How to recognise and fix bad form
-How to cue for optimal performance
-When to regress if needed
-Mobility and muscle activation drills
These are all key points that a trainer needs to know, to get their client to perform a deadlift safely whilst keeping it fun and simply.
