Here's one of the owners of The Injury Asylum getting a new gym PB with 72.5kg x 2 reps on . In March this year, Bec achieved a 75kg for a tough single as her 3rd press at . Seems like a lifetime ago now, and that is definitely not her max anymore. Seems like all the upper body training that coach has been giving Bec in the past 6 months is now paying off, just in time for prep 🤟

Well, well, well.... we just spun the wheel, and KB Strength was the lucky of our competition this week. Congratulations Khris, we will arrange for you to recieve a sheet of special run of stickers!
