Although I've lost all my strength, I'm thoroughly enjoying taking it easy and just working out from the comfort of my own home.

You may notice I have been a little MIA lately. All for a good reason. For the past 16 weeks I've been incubating human life, which has meant giving up some of the things I love to do. I've taken a break from Bootcamps and training others to help focus on keeping myself fit and healthy during this pregnancy. Now that I'm feeling on top of the world, I will be posting some of the workouts I'm doing to stay active while expecting. Follow me on Facebook and Insta to keep up 😁

HIIT - high intensity interval training. The benefits of this type of training are amazing. Did you know, you can burn more calories in a 15 minute HIIT session than you can running on a treadmill for 1 hour. Other benefits of HIIT include:
