🖤💛 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR PANTHERS! 💛🖤

A huge congratulations to two of our very own recognised at the 2026 VRL Awards! 🏆🐾

🌟 GANICUS ROPIHA
U13s Division 2 – Player of the Year 2026

What an incredible achievement in your first year of competition footy! Your hard work, determination and commitment both on and off the field have been outstanding all season.

Although our U13s fell just short of progressing to the semi-finals, you continued to give everything for your team and club. We are incredibly proud of you, Ganicus. This is only the beginning — destined for greatness! 🖤💛

🏆 ISRAEL “IZZY” MOEROA
U18s Boys Division 2 – Player of the Year 2026
🌟 Young Person of the Year Nominee

Taking home two medals on the night, Izzy continues to show what it means to be a Panther.

It has been an honour watching you captain and lead your U18s team this season. Your contribution goes beyond playing, having also spent the past few years coaching and giving back to our younger Panthers.

From joining the club at just 6 years old, to becoming a captain, coach and young leader, it has been incredibly special watching you grow. Your achievements speak volumes about your character, commitment and love for your club, and we hope your journey inspires our future Panther generations.

Congratulations Ganicus & Izzy! Your Waverley Panthers family is incredibly proud of you both. 🏆🖤💛🐾

Once a Panther, always a Panther.

🐾🖤💛 THAT’S A WRAP — JUNIOR SEASON 2026! 💛🖤🐾

What a way to finish our Junior season — hosting our very own Gala Day! 🏉✨

We hope all our Panther Cubs enjoyed their season and made some amazing memories along the way. From the first training session to the final whistle, we are so proud of every one of you! 🖤💛

A massive THANK YOU to all our volunteers who helped make this season happen. Your time, commitment and dedication did not go unseen. Our club simply could not do what we do without you, and we hope you’ll continue this journey with us for many more years to come. 🙌🏽🐾

And of course… we weren’t finished after Gala Day! 😍🛼🪩

We took the celebrations to Skateworld and what a night it was! Seeing our Panther Cubs, families and club community come together off the field, laughing, skating and celebrating the end of the season was the perfect way to finish. 🛼🎶🎉

WHAT A NIGHT TO REMEMBER! 🖤💛

Our 50th season has been made even more special because of the people who make up this club — our players, families, volunteers and supporters.

Enjoy the well-deserved break, Panther Cubs! Stay connected as we’ll keep everyone updated on our upcoming End of Year Celebrations. 🏆🎉

From the bottom of our hearts…

THANK YOU, PANTHERS! 🐾🖤💛

50 YEARS OF PANTHER PRIDE — AND MANY MORE TO COME. 🏉🐾
