Cecilia joined us with the goal of gaining 7kg, and developing stronger arms. She began working with trainer Tim for weekly sessions, and has followed every program and piece of advice perfectly!
Many months of hard work later and Cecilia has hit her weight goal! And she is stronger than ever in and out of the gym 🙌
