🩷 My WHY 💚
Helping people with their health has always been my passion.
I originally was going to go into nursing as I had always an interest in health, nutrition and loved helping people, however when I left school I went travelling and explored different career paths.
When my kids were little, I became a Personal Trainer so I could combine my love of exercise and health supporting people , in particular Mums to feel their best. Many of you have trained with me over the years, and I’m so grateful for that.
I absolutely loved those days!!
During this time I noticed I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted despite doing all the “right” things and I found my energy was low particularly in the afternoon.
That’s when (at first reluctantly) I introduced Herbalife Nutrition. After ten months I started to use the products properly and consistently and the difference in how I felt after a few days was incredible.
Because I felt so good, I wanted my clients, family, and friends to feel the same 💚so I decided to become a Health Coach as well!!!
My passion has remained and now it is time to get back to my mission of helping as many people, in particular women over 45 to feel their best!!!
Ultimately I’d love to change the world!
Exercise is still part of my everyday life - still love it AND continue to use the Herbalife Nutrition products around wholefood eating every single day! I will until…..
I am so grateful that I feel healthy and fantastic with great energy everyday - it’s absolutely fabulous!! My health is my number one priority and helping others achieve and experience the same is my mission!!

I’ve had a few changes in my life - relocating, travel & adventures, and a lower profile, have kept me a little quieter— however I’ve still been health coaching!

I know it seems that life is all play for me at the moment! A big part is however behind the scenes my health coaching business still ticks along!!
Everyday there is still my active & nutritionally sound side of life going on! I believe that’s why I feel so good, healthy and energised!
I know many people don’t feel that!
I know many people who drag themselves around everyday with lack of energy, colds, aches, pains, not sleeping well, digestive issues, low immunity and more!!
