Trials are for Saturday Pennant players only.
Players in the Mid-Week competition will have their trials at another time.

💥💥💥UPDATE: Narrow loss Round 1 (12 - 15), great win Round 2 (17 -13). Round 3 a loss (4 - 20) to the highly rated pair of Ash Van Winkel and Kristian Crocker.

🔥🔥🔥Twilight Bowls – Thursday 04/06/26
A beautiful Winters evening allowed 26 very keen players attend for our Twilight Bowls Thursday 04/06/26 – We played 3 x Rinks of triples & 1 rink of Fours and enjoyed a great night.

We welcomed some new players this week – David, Hamish & Frances, Noah & Darrell, Michael & Jo, I hope you all had a blast and will join us again soon:

Results:
Rink # 10 – Triples Game with Julie, Barbara & Chris F defeating Melinda, Ken & Colin – 17 to 7
Rink # 11 – Fours game with Hamish, Frances, jenny & Debbie H defeating Noah, Darrell, Nick & Nigel – 11 to 5
Rink # 12 – Triples game with Vada, Cooper & Terry defeating David, Raquel & Ambrose – 14 to 12
Rink # 13 – Triples game with Jo, Trevor & Damien L defeating Michael, Margaret & John M – 16 to 8

We decided the Winning Team by selecting a random rink (13) and the “Losing” Team from that Rink!
The Lucky “Winners” this week were Michael, Margaret & John – Congratulations Guys

👀👀Weekly Bowls results from last week...

💥💥💥Tuesday Ladies Day has presented a cheque for $1,207.85 to Janice from Mater Redlands Breast-care unit and Angela from Mater Foundation.

This is a follow-up donation from last year of a similar value.

Janice advised the ladies that last year’s donation had been used to purchase a laser gun for use in breast cancer treatment and had proved invaluable in assisting patients, especially as prior to this, patients needed to travel to South Brisbane for this treatment.
