We are now hiring surf coaches for the upcoming 2026/27 surf season OCT-MAY.

If you have a love for the ocean and feel you can share the stoke of surfing with others, then this is the dream job for you.

We are especially after crew who are available during weekdays with plenty of work available for people with time flexibility.

Coastrider Surf Academy are held in high regard for our excellence in customer service and high professional standards, so we are looking for crew with plenty of froth and exceptional work ethic.
