This one has been in the books for awhile now! Renee has been absolutely crushing it from day one and the last couple of months has been another level.

Some of her finest work getting done on a Tuesday & Thursday with the Polish Power destroying workouts and showing great team work.

You’ll always see Renee with her partner in crime Richie whether it’s in the early AM or in the arvo never making no excuses, always having fun and having a great session!
They’re both absolute inspirations and great roll models for their kids which has shown with the whole family living a great health and fitness lifestyle 🙌
