Looking for something different, getting bored with the same weights? Well Functional Training is my baby! It gives you so many different aspects to work around, YES we can lift as much as you want, but half the time when it comes down to it half of us cant even hold our own body weight! Silly right!

Within my training is use various things like boxing which is a killer cardio workout, TRX and CrankIt straps (Suspension Training) which gives u an amazing ALL over body, toning and strength workout, resistance bands (as shown below) just to name a few!

With every workout it all comes down to U vs U, no one else! Remember its all about YOU! So make it worth it!

My client dave has been training with me solidly for the last 5 weeks and is now seeing the rewards for his hard work. He is now smashing his previous personal bests in most of his lifts. Although the form on this leg press wasn't the best, it was a great effort from him considering it was on the machines max weight! Train hard everybody.

No matter if its once, twice or three times a week! Just start!
There's so many things that can be achieved if you put your mind to it!
