Don’t eat too many eggs 😉
Yesterday I posted my first keep moving session here it is in fast movement 😉
Here are my few tips
High knees need to be as high as you can one at a time, feet shoulder width apart and feet straight 💪
Calf raises don’t go all the way down to the floor 😁
Wall pushups hands need to be at arm pit!!! ✅
Chair squats feet shoulder width apart 🏋️♀️
Bicep curls all the way down and up and when you are on the up motion squeeze! (Use a Tin/water bottle for weight) 💓
Front raises shoulder heights but not all the way down again use a weight 👌
