Congratulations to our 7 swimmers who have been selected to represent the School Sport WA Swimming Team this year!!
Evinley will be competing in Melbourne in November as part of the junior team. And Frankie, Aryana, Milani, Seb, Amelia & Tilly will all head across to Melbourne in July to tackle the other State teams.

The Short Course season officially kicked off on the weekend and the Season Opener saw no shortage of scoreboard green 💚
Our SLD team came out strong with some fantastic results! We had 14 swimmers who improved in all their events, and Emily had a great day in the pool landing in the Top 5 Achievers! 👌
Alex added some more Club Records to his name in the 50m Fly, 100m Fly & 100m Free; and Seb swam an excellent 50m Fly shaving off 0.68s to also secure a Club Record 👏 Greayson hit a short course milestone swimming sub 30s in his 50m Free & James A had some huge improvements with 4 pbs between 11-38sec!
Great effort by our mostly junior team who continue to showcase all the skills they are learning each week and they were strongly supported by Coach Stefano on pool deck allllll dayyyy loooonnnggg 😊

​What an incredible 8 days of racing at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre! Our Dolphins took on the best in the country at the 2026 Australian Age Championships, and they certainly made a splash 🌊

​From the first dive, to the relays, to the finals, our team showed immense heart ❤️ discipline 💪🏼 and South Lake pride 🧡🖤

Finals night was nothing short of electric! Our boys didn't just step onto the blocks; they owned them. With every stroke and every turn, they showed exactly what it means to swim with pride and absolute passion.

Alex: The Medal Machine! 🥈
What a week for Alex! After smashing an incredible PB in the heats, he stepped into a brutal final and fought every inch of the way to claim a Silver medal. That makes three for the road! Consistency, grit, and pure speed.

Jacob with his A-Final Breakthrough! 🚀
Hard work always leaves a mark, and that's what Jacob does. Jacob swam with incredible strength, proving he belongs on the National stage. He earned that spot, and he swam it like a champion.

💥 Caleb ended his first-ever Age Nationals with a massive bang! Making a B-Final in your rookie year is a serious statement. He officially put the field on notice— the future is looking bright 💡
