Registrations for the FREE Swimming NSW Swim Development Clinics at Grafton and Forster are closing on July 17. 📆

Led by Swimming NSW Regional Coaching Director Chris Myers, these clinics provide swimmers aged 9–18 with the opportunity to sharpen their skills, build confidence and learn from one of NSW's leading coaches.

What a great weekend of racing at the recent SNC short course championships.
21 of our swimmers were again strong competitor's with plenty of medals, Pbs, qualifying times and goal times achieved.
They accumulated a total of 4026 points with 109 medals.

Congrats to Hayley and Cohen winning age champions.
So proud of the team support and comradeship shown by our swimmers over the weekend.
Thanks to all the parents for their support, Swimming North Coast and all that made for a great swim meet.

Last weekend we had 6 young swimmers compete at the Macksville Marlins Swimming Club SC qualifying meet. River, Remi, Nyah, Matilda, Ruby and Lowanna.
Lots of PB's, Ribbons and some needed race practice. Well done you guys. 🙌😀

The 2026 Australian Age and MC Championships has seen Saul, Zara and Lily compete with very pleasing results.
Saul and Zara were competing at their first National event.
Saul placed 7th in the 1500m Freestyle. PB 🙌
Zara PB in the 50 Butterfly.🙌
Lily PB in the 50 Freestyle and a strong swim in the 50 Backstroke.🙌
Coaching athletes to reach national level comes with a level of commitment from the swimmers and their support team. It is a privilege to be part of their journey.

10 squad members competed over the weekend.
4 at the NSW Youth State Age. Jasmine, Gretal, Max and Lachlan. There were PB's, some strong swims and new experiences made.
6 at the Aussies 2km Ocean swim and Aussies Youth Surf Life Saving Championships.
Saul 6th 2km Ocean swim, Archie 8th in the 2km Ocean swim and a finalist in the surf race.
Zara gold in the Cameron event doing the Swim leg and finalist in the Surf race and Ironwoman.
Isaac, Kaiden and Khloe also competed well.
Shout out to all the squad members that competed in the Coffs Coast Ocean swims.
