YogaLinda is about providing a yoga suitable for everyone and everybody. You can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a welcoming nurturing environment. Classes are one hour and are $18 casual or $120 for a 10 class pass.. I believe yoga is for everyone and love working with people who aren't keen to go to big classes. Monday 10 am class is a Vinyasa flow warming you up gently and safely then moving thro

I wasn’t sure if I was up to this today but so glad I went ahead with my Yin n Yummy yoga afternoon. My intention was a dedication of love and gratitude to my Mum. How grateful I am to share the gift of yoga with a beautiful bunch of kind and compassionate women. As always some of the proceeds are donated to charity. Namaste 🫶🏼🕉️🙏 🕉️ 🫶🏼
