Wow! Looks like loads of great exercise options picked and what a fantastic range of equipment they used. Amazing job girls, coach is super proud. Looks like lots of fun 🤩

Look at the smiles on these gorgeous faces. This is the goal. For running to bring joy and happiness.
These girls have been regularly challenging themselves throughout this lockdown, doing a time trial most weeks on the Curl Curl course as well as doing their weekly training program and joining our online zoom sessions.
This morning, Erin paced bestie Piper to a PB whilst Eve outrun her mum to smash her PB also. We are so proud of your determination and commitment girls. Thank you to their wonderful parents but being such great role models. Love it! 💕

It was a real delight to coach these 3 siblings together today after Service NSW confirming that we can coach those from the same household together. The competition was on!! Thanks for the laugh girls and enjoy your good old fashioned party games at home tonight for a family birthday celebration 🥳🎂
