Dead Cats Trail has now had surface, corridor and drainage maintenance all the way to the power lines. Lower numbers this week meant we didn't get to any feature repairs.

Meeting again next week at the power lines (off Harris River rd) and Saturday the 19th opposite Harris River Estate 😊

Another big week for Wambenger Wednesdays, 7 volunteers restored the first half of the Dead Cats descent including 10 feature repairs! 👏🏽

Since launching Wambenger Wednesdays at the start of the year our volunteers have now rebuilt over 100 technical trail features including 40 just on Mornington Glory!

This week our efforts were reinforced by Roger from DBCA who helped Xander compact in everyone's hard work.

The trail is riding great, and there's more opportunities to get involved; Wednesday afternoons and Saturday 19th September.

This week our volunteers used the wet weather to our advantage, finding and fixing blocked drains on both Mornington Glory and Deadcats Trail ☺️
