📣 NEW RECRUIT, LACHIE CONSTABLE! 📣

We’re thrilled to announce Lachie Constable as our latest recruit for the 2027 season.

Lachie arrives at Collingullie after an incredible three-year run with Lismore/Derrinallum, helping them to back-to-back premierships.

And the numbers speak for themselves across the last 3 seasons:

A powerful and reliable forward who knows how to find the big sticks, Lachie will add another dangerous option to our forward line in 2027.

With a move to Wagga for a new work opportunity, we’re stoked that Lachie has chosen to continue his footy journey in the red and white at Crossroads Oval.

We’re pumped to announce that Matt Storey will join the Gullie in 2027!

A versatile, big key-position player who can impact the game in the ruck or at either end of the ground.

He’s played a pivotal role in South West Sydney’s season this year, showcasing exactly what he can bring to the Gullie. Fit, fast, strong and incredibly competitive.

We’re super excited to have someone with his work ethic and character moving down to Wagga and joining our group.

We welcome Matt, Victoria and Oakley to our Gullie community! 🔴⚪️

Congratulations to Zahra Hunt from Collingullie Wagga Demons Football Netball Club Inc. the 2026 Riverina League Netball Rising Star.

Zahra joined Collingullie Wagga Demons this season and has made an immediate impact with her dedication, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. An athletic, intelligent and creative centre court player, Zahra consistently gives her all on the court and embraces every opportunity to develop her skills.

Her positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to her teammates have made her a valued member of the Demons. Congratulations Zahra 👏

🚨 2027 COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

The Collingullie Wagga Demons are thrilled to officially announce our coaching team for 2027- and it’s a very exciting one.

🔴⚪ MITCH MAGUIRE- Playing Head Coach

Going into his third year at Gullie, Mitch has made an immediate positive impact both on and off field. Starting out as an assistant coach in 2025 before stepping into a co-coaching role in 2026, Mitch now takes the reins as head coach for 2027.

🔴⚪ HARRY RADLEY- Playing Assistant Coach

A Gullie junior through and through, Harry steps into his first coaching role at the club after leading as Captain in 2026 and coaching the 18’s for 2 years prior. A quality player and a great leader around the group, we’re excited to see him take the next step in his coaching journey.

🔴⚪ ED PERRYMAN- Playing Assistant Coach

And then there’s the big one… ED IS BACK. 👀

A Gullie junior, premiership captain and former Best & Fairest winner, Ed has spent the last two years away from the club starring at Lavington before earning a preseason opportunity with Collingwood.

Unfortunately, an ACL injury saw Ed’s 2026 season come to an early end. But now, he’s coming home and we couldn’t be more excited!

Ed’s leadership, football ability, understanding of our club and genuine connection to Gullie make his return an enormous recruit for 2027.

The club is beyond stoked to be having these 3 great individuals leading our 1st grade squad in 2027 🔴⚪️
