Club Coogee Diggers is the vibrant heart of our local community, where we stand united as advocates for our veterans. This is a fitness centre that is all about supporting you in reaching your goals for health and wellbeing. We take pride in our friendly and approachable service with fully trained staff to help guide you on your fitness journey. We have a strong and positive mindset that we love to pass onto our members to help keep them motivated and driven while they are inside and out of the fitness centre. Finally we are a gym that keeps in mind quality with value, which is why our members only pay for what they use. WE’RE HIRING! Join the Coogee Diggers Gym Team!

Love fitness, people, and the Coogee community? We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and confident Gym Reception & Customer Experience Assistant to join our crew!

As the face of our gym, you’ll be the first person our members see. You’ll be welcoming guests, running gym tours, handling enquiries, and keeping the good vibes going.

Why join us? We’re a community-first gym with an amazing team and epic facilities—including brand-new Hammer Strength gear, a dedicated HYROX area, an indoor heated pool, a sauna, and a steam room!

What we’re looking for:

A customer service superstar who genuinely loves helping people

Someone reliable & punctual (Must be okay with 5:00 AM starts, weekends, and some evenings!)

Solid availability over the busy summer period

Gym/hospitality/retail experience is a bonus, but a great attitude is essential!

The Details:

Part-Time / Casual (15–25 hrs/week)
