SHOOTING TIP 🏐

Land in your split, heel pivot quickly & bring the ball straight into your shooting position.

Give your defender less time to recover, get their distance & establish a strong position to defend the shot & potentially draw an obstruction call & a penalty pass or shot.

From Christchurch to Queenstown, stunning scenery, plenty of laughs & memories I’ll treasure forever 🫶

Sharing this adventure with 25 wonderful athletes, incredible coaches Jamie Hume & Sarah Bowen & Jemmah McMaster capturing all the special moments made it even more meaningful. So grateful to the amazing New Zealand coaches we met & learnt from along the way Margie Foster

Coming home feeling inspired & so lucky to work in a game I’m so passionate about. Netball has given me so much, but the people, connections & experiences like these will always be the best part 💫✨

HOLDING THE CIRCLE EDGE 🏐

A simple skill, but often not taught!

Get onto the edge, hold your space & use your body position to keep the defender away from the ball. Receive away from the defender’s body, giving yourself clear vision & an easier feed into the shooting circle 👊🏼

And don’t mind the epic view in Queenstown! 🏔️😍
