First day back for 2024 today at the lovely . Looking forward to a fun term ahead visiting lots of new centres as well as my regular classes. 🥰🥰

I had my first yoga incursion for the year today. It was such a delight sharing the Recycle Yogi’s adventure with the little Munchkins at Burleigh for Earth Day! ⁣

In line with national recycling week, I thought I’d share this super quick activity that you can try using an old tissue box.⁣
⁣
Simply cut out poses from the Mindful Munchkins’ PDF (or your own poses) and attach to each side of the tissue box.⁣
⁣
Have your child roll the ‘die’ and form the pose that the die lands on.⁣
⁣
Super easy, with minimal resources! Yay!!⁣
⁣
