Practice -
Dropping all unnecessary judgement on yourself and others
Be more compassionate
Sprinkle a little more kindness
Be a better listener
Check in with your friends and your loved ones
Be the light, when someone is in darkness
Love can and does make the world go round

Fascia and Myofascial and the intimate wisdom that’s lies within our bodies 📿
Over the last few years I have included a lot more release exercises for the fascia as part of my teachings and am constantly amazed at the transformation within other parts of the body and reference points.
Today in my group classes we released the forearms and it was remarkable the visible release immediately on my students shoulders and upper back.
I have always taught my classes from a safe anatomical movement reference but diving deeper into the wisdom of the fascia seems to really connect more signals and physical releases. It’s truly amazing to see.
If you want to learn more and join my groups or book a private please let me know. I have space for two more private students

The hardest lesson in my life is always that of detachment.
For many of us we give everyone and all things all of our service and ourselves and then when we step away we feel somewhat empty of that service or that object.
This is a dis-balance in itself. But a gentle and guenine practice in Vairagya.
For me I try to focus on the moments and the experiences not the attachments to the things I own or that process. The things I own ironically cause me more worry than the things I don’t.
The greatest lesson in detachment is being close to everything but not letting it consume you. Read that again 📿
I take today this beautiful verse from the Bhagavad Gita that echoes my thoughts
‘detachment is not that you own nothing it’s that nothing owns you’.
Have a wonderful weekend xx
