WA Cricket is running a range of pre-season training sessions for coaches, umpires and scorers over the coming weeks.
We strongly encourage our new and returning coaches to attend, and would especially love to see parents and team officials sign up for the scoring sessions. It’s a great chance to build your confidence with both electronic and manual scoring before the season starts.

A little pre-season preparation makes a big difference once the games begin! 🏏

🏏 WE’RE HIRING – CRICKET BLAST COORDINATOR!
Coolbinia West Perth Junior Cricket Club is looking for an enthusiastic person to lead our Cricket Blast program for the 2026/27 season.

Perfect for someone studying education, youth work, community services, coaching or sport & recreation and looking for hands-on experience working with kids and a community sporting club.
⭐ Mondays, 5–6pm at Yokine
⭐ 10 sessions across the summer
⭐ Approx. 40 children aged 4–9
⭐ $80 per session
⭐ Support, resources and junior volunteers provided

You don’t need to be a cricket expert — enthusiasm, reliability and a love of working with kids are what matter!

As an Association of Western Australia Autism in Cricket Endorsed Inclusive Club, we are looking forward to spending the morning connecting with families that want to know more about cricket, how to get involved, and find a club near them to support their needs.
