​Last weekend, Grandmaster Yun was officially invited to New Zealand, where he successfully led and supported the NZ team through an incredible competition!
While there, GM Yun went above and beyond for our academy's future. He met with the President and Vice President of Taekwondo New Zealand to pave the way for exciting future exchanges and a stronger Taekwondo network between Australia and NZ. 🇦🇺🤝🇳🇿

Last weekend, Master Yun represented Australia Taekwondo Training Academy at a prestigious event in NSW.
​Rather than attending as a participant, he stood at the forefront as an official instructor, sharing his deep expertise and guiding current Poomsae judges on the latest international regulations and scoring standards.
​For our families in Upper Coomera and the surrounding community, it is a great source of pride to know that your children are being mentored by a recognized expert who trains official judges at the state level. This high-level experience allows Master Yun to bring world-class precision and the most up-to-date standards directly back to our local dojang.
​Starting from this week’s classes, our students will benefit from these professional insights, helping them refine every movement with excellence and confidence. We remain committed to providing the very best martial arts education for our future champions in the Gold Coast region!

Master Yun had the distinct honor of serving as an official panelist and evaluator for the Performance Pathways Program: Talent Identification Queensland.
​This prestigious involvement allowed for an in-depth exploration of advanced athlete selection methodologies and elite training frameworks. By integrating these high-level insights into our ATTA's core curriculum, we are committed to providing our students with a world-class training environment.We are dedicated to opening bigger doors for our young martial artists to shine.
We don't just teach Taekwondo; we prepare our students for the global stage.

We are proud to announce that Grand Master Yun has been appointed as a Poomsae Committee member for the Oceania Taekwondo Union (OTU) for the 2026-2027 term. Starting this year, Director Yun will serve in leadership roles across both Australian Taekwondo and the Oceania Taekwondo Union. He remains deeply committed to broadening our students' horizons, empowering them to explore the vast world of Oceania and beyond through the spirit and discipline of Taekwondo.

From December 1st to 3rd, GM SeongWeon Yun attended the World Taekwondo Workshop held in Muju, South Korea. Representing Australia alongside two fellow masters, he engaged in extensive professional exchange and built a robust global network with Taekwondo leaders from around the world.
