At Coomera parkrun, we couldn't possibly hold a special event without a theme, so Saturday 25 July will be "Lucky 7's: 14 years, 700 events!"

A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 7am in Tallowwood Park, Upper Coomera. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.�
Weekly, 5km, timed, free running for all. parkruns are friendly events organised by fantastic local volunteers. Linking all parkruns around the world! Taking part is easy – just register online at www.parkrun.com.au in advance by 6pm on the Friday before your first parkrun. The great thing is that you only ever need to do this once! Then just set your alarm for Saturday morning and get yourself there!

Wow - can you believe it?! We're turning 14 in under two weeks. Not only that, but we're also holding our 700th event at the same time. Two massive milestones for our wonderful Coomera parkrun community. There's nowhere you'd rather be 🥳🎉
Great to see everyone this morning for Coomera’s #698 parkrun.
Today we had 136 participants with 23 first timers and 19 parkrunners achieving personal bests.
