Our Bronze Medallion course has officially kicked off, with more than 25 participants learning the skills to become our next generation of lifesavers!

Here’s a sneak peek at our latest recruits getting stuck into it in the ocean, learning the ropes and getting hands-on with our rescue equipment. 💪

How lucky are we to have Emmy Wheeler coaching our Copa kids! 💙❤️🤍

With an incredible surf lifesaving career that includes Australian Youth Team selection, state representation and numerous championship achievements, Emmy brings a wealth of talent, knowledge and experience to our sand squad.

But it’s her passion for coaching and helping our young athletes grow in confidence and ability that makes her such an asset to Team Copa.

We’re incredibly lucky to have someone of Emmy’s calibre sharing her skills with the next generation of sand superstars! 🏃‍♀️👏

The Surf Club bar is open from 4:30pm and our mates downstairs at _cafecopa_ will be serving up dinner meals and snacks. 🤤

🌟 ROCKPOOL ROCKSTARS – REGISTRATIONS STILL OPEN! 🌟

A little reminder that our much-loved Rockpool Rockstars program kicks off in just a few weeks, and there’s still time to register! ❤️💙

Rockpool Rockstars is our all-inclusive Nippers program, giving children of all abilities the opportunity to experience the fun, friendship and community spirit of surf lifesaving.

We’re incredibly lucky to have a beautiful team of dedicated volunteers, including Shez, Jodie and Laura, who have been bringing this wonderful program to life for years. 🫶

And a big shoutout to our very own Emmy Wheeler, appointed Assistant Sand Coach!

Both will fly the Copa flag at Caves Beach in November, taking on the state’s best!
