Dear Friends of Heart Space!

https://www.facebook.com/heartspacecopaofficial

Please head to the link above for our Official New Facebook Business Page & give it a Follow & a Like for us! 🩵

BACKSTORY - Our Owner Sal had her personal Facebook account hacked a few years ago now & it has recently been causing some big problems in our back end as we now try to grow our Heart Space Business page to reach more people in our Community.

We have been advised to start fresh (!) So if you see this new page, it really is us... (and not a fake page)!

We'll aim to grow it organically - day by day once again.

But it would mean the world for us if you could jump onto it & start to re-fill it with our Community!

Much Love, Patience & Gratitude,

Sal & The Heart Space team x

We'll start with a full Yin Yoga session led by Sal, to drop you deep into your body, before guiding you blissfully into a Yoga Nidra practice, (a guided meditation, otherwise known as 'yogic sleep'). "My name is Seya Hashemi. I was born in Ray, a small city near Tehran, the capital of Iran.
From a young age, I was deeply inspired by my father, who often sketched images of a small fox. Watching him draw ignited a creative spark in me, and I began practicing with the goal of surpassing his skill.
Even then, I was intensely observant of the world around me, particularly fascinated by color and its emotional resonance.
Much of my artwork is rooted in my dreams—vivid and unforgettable visions that often compel me to begin creating in the early hours of the morning. Each of my pieces is an original composition, drawn entirely from imagination, without the use of references such as models, photographs, or physical objects."
This one will be a treat for the senses 🩵
(Full Gallery Hours announced soon).
