We've had so many people asking for the return of our Yin, Yoga Nidra & Sound Immersions...
So here it is again!

Join Sal The Mindful Celebrant & Yoshi Yoshi for a mind/body/soul kickstart to Spring!

We'll start with a full Yin Yoga session led by Sal, to drop you deep into your body, before guiding you blissfully into a Yoga Nidra practice, (a guided meditation, otherwise known as 'yogic sleep'). Yoshi's beautiful, healing sounds will start to soak into the space, as she then masterfully takes over, and guides you into a blissful 30 minute Sound Bath.

"My name is Seya Hashemi. I was born in Ray, a small city near Tehran, the capital of Iran.
From a young age, I was deeply inspired by my father, who often sketched images of a small fox. Watching him draw ignited a creative spark in me, and I began practicing with the goal of surpassing his skill.

Even then, I was intensely observant of the world around me, particularly fascinated by color and its emotional resonance.

Much of my artwork is rooted in my dreams—vivid and unforgettable visions that often compel me to begin creating in the early hours of the morning. Each of my pieces is an original composition, drawn entirely from imagination, without the use of references such as models, photographs, or physical objects."
